Cranberry chutney is just cranberries, apple, sugar and spices. It’s easy to make because you just dump all the ingredients in a pot and let it simmer until the cranberries start to burst and it begins to thicken.
Be sure to make it far enough in advance to allow it to cool and set more in the fridge. This also allows the flavors to meld together. We usually have it made a day or two in advance.
